About Randy

I earned a Master’s of Science in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Santa Barbara College of Oriental Medicine, now Yo San University, in Santa Barbara, CA, and my Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications from the University of Illinois.

I have dedicated the past 25 years to my practice as an acupuncture physician, passionately guiding clients on their health and wellness journeys. My expertise lies in pain management, women's health—including fertility, labor induction, and menopause—and recovery treatments for surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation. I have extensively studied Dr. Richard Tan’s Balance Method, known for its immediate results and effectiveness in treating a wide range of conditions, including pain management.

As a former champion gymnast and NCAA Champion at the University of Illinois, I bring a unique perspective to my work. Additionally, I have coached women's collegiate gymnastics, contributing to UCLA's success with three NCAA Championships. As a coach I was committed to helping my student-athletes achieve their goals on their journey, and as an acupuncture health practitioner, I am committed to supporting you on your path to improved health and well-being.

Their Approach:

Randy Lane has been an acupuncture physician for the past 25 years, helping individuals reach their goals for optimal health and well-being.  Randy is a caring professional who explores every possible treatment protocol to help you be at your best physically, mentally and emotionally.

  • “Randy has a remarkable ability to relieve pain with both skill and care. After years of lower back discomfort, I found noticeable relief from our very first session. He’s professional, intuitive, and creates a genuinely healing experience.”

  • “Randy helped me through the birth of my first child. He came to my home to treat and induce me with my OBGYN’s approval. His compassion, patience and care about me being comfortable in my own home was so relaxing, and stress-free that it made the delivery experience so much better. Even my dog was relaxed while he was treating me, and that was a miracle. Haha After the third time Randy treated me in my home, I gave birth to a beautiful baby boy 36 hours later. He will be on my schedule if I am lucky enough to become pregnant again in the future.”
